Our Vision

The vision of ERUGSA is to ensure and maintain a competent and healthy Eritrean community in general and specifically youngster refugees. We shall rally around in order to shade light and extend awareness needed to ensure the refugee community is still honoring own cultural values and norms and the civic-mindedness is up brought. Besides, the association aspires with a purpose of securing peace, development and extending important assistance and advocacy to the community until the days of repatriation is to come; and thereafter.

Our Mission

The mission of ERUGSA is to inspire, advocate and serve the refugee community in Ethiopia. The ultimate mission of ERUGSA is to create egalitarian refugee commune base by making certain that each individual refugee is involved in healthy activities and vibrant advancement. For this end, opportunities that help the community develop and engage shall be searched and grabbed. This shall include Young refugee Employment and Income Generating Activities (IGAs), as well as training and education that support them to be demobilized into income producing activities. Thus, ERUGSA member shall come together with the foremost aim of gaining advanced knowledge and practical skills necessary to bring about the overall objectives accomplished.
